Working principle and precautions of hydraulic buffer!

Word:[Big][Middle][Small] Mobile page qrcode 2022/10/19     Viewed:
  The hydraulic buffer relies on hydraulic damping to buffer and slow down the objects acting on it until they stop, which plays a protective role to a certain extent. It is suitable for mechanical equipment such as lifting and transportation, elevators, metallurgy, port machinery, railway vehicles, etc. Its function is to prevent the mechanism from being damaged by hard collision in the working process.
  1. working principle
  When the hydraulic buffer is subjected to collision pressure, the kinetic energy is transferred to the piston through the plug and the acceleration spring, so that it moves to the right. Originally, a return spring, an ejector rod and oil were installed in the working cavity of the buffer. The movement of the piston squeezes the oil in the working chamber, compressing its return spring, and at the same time squeezing the oil out of the annular gap between the piston and the ejector rod and entering the oil storage chamber. When the piston starts to move, the oil is easily squeezed out due to the large annular gap between the piston and the ejector pin; When the piston continues to move, the annular gap becomes smaller and smaller, that is, the resistance of the piston keeps increasing, and when the plunger is cylindrical, the annular gap is zero and the resistance is stable at a large value. The process of the buffer being compressed is the process that the piston squeezes the oil to do work. This process consumes a lot of kinetic energy and acts as a buffer. When the work is finished, the piston is pushed to the original position by the return spring to complete a working cycle.
  2. Matters needing attention
  1) The hydraulic buffer should be installed horizontally, and the impact is less than plus or minus 1 degree;
  2) The ambient temperature is 22-80 degrees Celsius;
  3) prevent it from being inverted to prevent hydraulic oil from overflowing;
  4) The inventory should be kept in a ventilated place with humidity below 80%;
  5) Pay attention to fire prevention, and don't put it in the fire source.
