  The function of oil pressure buffer is to reduce vibration and noise in automatic mechanical operation, convert kinetic energy generated by moving objects into heat energy and release it into the atmosphere, so that the objects can be balanced and effectively stopped in action.   I. Description of Structure and Function
  1. The main structure of the oil pressure buffer is the body, axis, bearing, inner pipe, piston, hydraulic shaft, elastic spring, etc. When the axis is impacted by external force, it will drive the piston to squeeze the hydraulic oil of the inner pipe. After the hydraulic oil is pressed, it will be discharged from the oil discharge hole of the inner pipe one by one, and the hydraulic oil discharged from the inner pipe will also flow back to the inner pipe through the oil return hole of the inner pipe. When the external force disappears, the spring bounces the piston back to the starting point to wait for the next action. According to this principle, the oil pressure buffer will be able to effectively stop the moving objects in a balanced way.

  Second, the installation considerations
  1. Please place the impactor at the center of the shaft, so that the movement direction of the object is consistent with that of the shaft core.
  2. Do not remove the front end cap for use. Because removing the cap will lengthen the piston rod, which may cause the piston rod to hit the bottom and damage the bottom.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to spray paint on the pipe teeth and axis, otherwise it will affect the heat dissipation effect and oil leakage.
  4. Don't make the piston rod have rust debris.
  5. Install more than two shock absorbers on the same side, please confirm the synchronous action.
  6. For the sake of safety, it should not be decomposed and used.
